LAS VEGAS – Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, announced that five world-class design and construction partners – Rockwell Group, Klai Juba Forest Architecture + Interior, Studio Collective, Taylor International Corporation and McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. – I joined the project to redesign and develop the new Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas. The designs for the new property are nearing completion and construction is scheduled to start in February 2020.
The redesigned lifestyle casino resort in Las Vegas, due to open in late 2020, offers innovative design and function with 1,504 exceptionally appointed Chambers, Grand Chamber Suites and Penthouse Suites, including Virgin Hotels’ patented bed and room technology. an impressive 60,000 square foot casino; over 5 acres of luxurious pool areas and outdoor venues amid modern desert scenery; a selection of restaurants from some of the hottest diners in the country; Lounges and bars with the flagship Commons Club as well as over 110,000 square feet of newly designed meeting, event and meeting rooms.

The team at Studio Collective, a boutique design agency based in Venice Beach, CA, have established themselves as designers for some of the most notable goals in the hospitality industry, striving to create venues where both originality and craftsmanship are paramount.

The property is located at 4455 Paradise Rd. And will continue to operate full service under the Hard Rock flag until it opens as Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
