A vegan vending machine appears in Las Vegas – VegOut Magazine

Las Vegas grocery delivery company Vintage Vegan Diner announced plans to launch the city’s first all-vegan vending machine. The popup is filled with the brand’s most popular menu items, including two types of sliders, tofu bites, and edible cookie dough.

Since 2017, The Veggie has been offering food preparation, personal chef, and catering services in the greater Huntsville, Alabama area. Their tasty comfort food has won over even the most die-hard meat eaters, and with business booming, their first cafe and retail location will open at the Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment Center in Huntsville this February.
Señor Sisig opens new location in Oakland with a fully vegan menu
The popular Filipino food truck fleet in the Bay Area, Señor Sisig, has opened its second stationary operation on the outskirts of downtown Oakland. While the company launched a fully vegan food truck earlier this year, this permanent location will be the first to offer both vegan and traditional menus, making it an already popular spot with locals.
Peaceful provisions for the storefront opening in Beacon, New York
Peaceful Provisions is a women-owned vegan pastry shop that has specialized in small scratchers since 2015. This spring, Peaceful Provisions will open a storefront in the Hudson Valley. While donuts will be the star of the menu, the store also offers a variety of baked goods such as cinnamon rolls, muffins, scones, and filled cookies, as well as a small hearty selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and much more!
