Chef and TV superstar Bobby Flay surprised everyone with the opening of Bobby’s Burgers in the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace. The restaurant takes over the former smashburger area at the food court with burgers inspired by his travels around the country, fries and shakes.
The burgers feature traditional ingredients such as bacon and cheese on the Palace Classic Burger and the Bobby Blue + Bacon Burger. A crunchburger is topped with cheese and fries; The nacho burger consists of queso, tomato salsa and pickled jalapeños. The BBQ Smokehouse Burger consists of bacon, crispy onions, chipotle barbecue sauce and American cheese. In the outlet there is also Bobby’s Veggie Burger with grilled mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce and tomatoes or a fried chicken sandwich.
Side dishes include french fries, french fries with toppings like cheese and bacon, sweet potato fries, and buttermilk onion rings. Bobby’s Burgers also offers dipping sauces, including ranch, honey-mustard-horseradish, and Bobby’s specialty sauce. Milkshake flavors include vanilla pod, dark chocolate, cookies and cream, strawberry and pistachio.
Bobby’s Burger joins DiFara Pizza, Starbucks and the temporarily closed The Halal Guys, TaCo. And Smoke & Sizzle Barbecue in the 14,900 square meter Forum Food Hall. The 2,186 square meter Stadia Bar with a bar with 120 seats and a lounge that gives the feeling of a live sports arena is still pending.
Also on the way of Flay, Amalfi replaced by Bobby Flay, the Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace. Amalfi is Flay’s first Italian restaurant, inspired by the chef’s travels to the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
