If you’re looking for a way to experience something completely new, try Blackout Dining in the Dark. This combination of gourmet restaurant and exciting attraction has something to tell even the most jaded person.
When you walk in, fill out a menu with your sweet, savory, or spicy food preferences and make sure allergies are known (you can specify this when making your reservation, but double-checking with the host is always a good idea). From there, hand in your phone and belongings and let yourself be guided into the dark. There is no light in the dining room and you are encouraged to use your taste and smell to decipher what you are eating and drinking. Use your hearing sense to pay attention to your companion and really hear what they are saying.
This type of food is really enlightening in a sense!
