ÉLIA BEACH CLUB DEBATHS THIS WEEKEND AT VIRGIN HOTELS LAS VEGAS AS PART OF THE “UNSTOPPABLE” GRAND OPENING LINEUP, HEADED BY MIO DANILOVIC, JASON “JROC” CRAIG AND MICHAEL FULLER

Élia Beach Club is the first venue in the joint partnership of nightlife leaders and managing partners Mio Danilovic, Jason “JRoc” Craig and Michael Fuller, and JC Hospitality at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Curated by the partners and designed by Francois Frossard, it exudes inspiration from Mykonos, Greece through its ambience, furnishings and aesthetics. Frossard, who also designed Danilovic’s remarkable Joia Beach Club in Miami, brought the partners’ visions to life through the details, color palette and decor of the venue. With a musical focus on all genres of house music, a relaxed yet energetic dance atmosphere inspired by international beach destinations will create a rhythmic, transforming experience for guests that is different from any other poolside and nightlife in Vegas.

In conjunction with Sir Richard Branson’s further unveiling of Virgin Hotels, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, and JC Hospitality, the resort owners, are proud to partner with nightlife leaders Mio Danilovic, Jason “JROC” Craig. and Michael Fuller to run the Élia Beach Club – a beach club the likes of which has never been seen before in Las Vegas.

The stacked DJ gig line-up for Elia Beach’s grand opening includes Sofi Tukker and Sam Blacky on Friday, Lane 8 on Saturday, with Loco Dice and Deadmau5 on Sunday.

The weekend is sure to be a show stopper, hosted by Sir Richard Branson, starting with performances on the property the night before Christina Aguilera and Flo Rida’s beach club debut.

A number of top VIP and celebrity talents are expected to enjoy poolside cabanas and Mediterranean-inspired vibes on Elia’s opening weekend.

Vegas eagerly awaits the unveiling of this magical, ethereal new hospitality destination. The Élia Beach Club, curated by the partners and designed by the discerning eye of Francois Frossard, takes its inspiration from Mykonos in Greece and keeps pace with its namesake Elia, the largest beach in Mykonos. The Élia Beach Club is known for its clear, blue surf and the picturesque sand landscape and will radiate these sensations through its ambience. Frossard, who also designed the remarkable Joia Beach, as well as some of the most acclaimed institutions that have adorned Miami, brought the partners’ visions to life through hand-picked decor details and bespoke design aesthetics.

“I am very honored and very excited about the partnership with Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. My partners and I look forward to making Élia Beach Club one of the best beach clubs not only in Las Vegas but also in the United States. Our goal is to provide a first class atmosphere, first class service and an incredible experience while remaining true to everything that the Virgin Hotels brand stands for, ”said Mio Danilovic, Creator / Managing Partner, Élia Beach Club.

The Mykonos-inspired décor and ambience will not only impress guests, but transport them to an international paradise. With travelers traveling non-stop to Tulum, Mexico and Miami, Florida since the pandemic began, and the widespread popularity of tourism in Mykonos over the past five years, the establishment and musical program of these global destinations has been what party-goers have been want to hear, see and experience. With this in mind, the team set out to create the ultimate getaway destination, paired with the internationally coveted Virgin Hotels brand as a backdrop in Las Vegas, and so the Élia Beach Club was born. With a musical focus on all genres of house music, a relaxed yet energetic dance atmosphere inspired by international beach destinations will create a rhythmic, transformative experience for guests that is different from any other Vegas pool and nightlife offering.

“As the ultimate Vegas beach club, Élia Beach Club will serve as the ultimate guest hideaway and an experience unparalleled anywhere in the Las Vegas resort corridor,” said Richard “Boz” Bosworth, President and CEO of JC Hospitality and Owner of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. “As part of the integrated resort model, the outdoor pool experience was one of our top priorities. We are happy about this partnership and strive to introduce the venue to our guests. The desert oasis has an internationally inspired ambience that will impress hotel guests, artists and locals alike. “

From the wood-framed and draped cabana design made of fabric to the jute woven poufs and accents made of masonry, the global design influences set the Élia Beach Club apart from the typical pool atmosphere and offer a photographic backdrop at every corner.

“I’m really looking forward to this project for a number of reasons. Through my trips abroad to places like Mykonos, Bali, Brazil and Tulum, among others, I have enjoyed the simplicity of what these cultures, the day and night life have created through their design and architecture, as well as the music and general atmosphere of the Spaces. At Élia Beach Club we try to generate an energy, an energy that not only lives musically in the room in a unique way, but also in the way the venue feels. An energy and mood in a different lane than your typical Vegas pool experience, complete with body painting and wellness activations, ”said Jason“ JRoc ”Craig, Managing Partner, Élia Beach Club.

“While much of the market is fragmented right now, musically and psychologically they are looking for a mature, cultured experience. It is evident that the Covid-19 and quarantine experience has changed people – their priorities, interests, and social interactions – and we need to do things a little differently to reflect that. With a focus on tourists, hotel guests and locals, we strive to be the friendliest place in Las Vegas for a truly carefree and enjoyable guest experience. ”- Michael Fuller, Managing Partner, Beachlia Beach Club.

The musical style of DJs and well-known guest artists includes Tropical House, World House and Deep House, with a mindset of escape, dance and just good vibes that fill the atmosphere of the venue. The beautifully designed stage with thatched roof forms a desirable and attractive focal point of the venue, which not only attracts guests and artists, but also arouses the coherent desire to be part of the experience it radiates. Overlooking the Mediterranean pool, the music will infiltrate the venue and literally take the experience to another level. The floor plan allows all cabana guests to feel incorporated into the atmosphere of the performance, as well as guests who choose to stay at pool level. Every guest, whether at pool level or in a VIP cabana, is offered a comprehensive, accessible and inviting experience. The entire venue will create an exclusive feel.

Health and wellness elements will also be integrated into both the menu and the program, with cabanas being converted for massage and wellness offers. The grand opening weekend features poolside massages and cryotherapy at Artha Sanctuary, a top spa destination in Los Angeles.

The world continues to focus on awareness, environmental awareness, and general self-care, fitness, and wellness practices, so the founders strive to bring elements that reflect these criteria into the venue, such as group meditation and yoga, even during pool season.

The Élia Beach Club will initially be open from 10 June from Thursday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
