“Property Brothers” stars Jonathan and Drew Scott are known for their impeccable eyes for home renovations. On a surge in popularity, HGTV stars have added home furnishings and a decor line called Scott Living to their brand.
They are now trying their most ambitious project to date: a brand-related step towards bespoke luxury design and construction. Their first endeavors hit the market with a list price of $ 4,995,000.
Under the auspices of Scott Living’s Dream Homes, the brothers have worked with architectural and construction firms in Las Vegas to create designs for ultra-luxury homes. The foundation stone for the first home has been laid and although completion is not expected until early next year, it is for sale.
The proposed 8,600 square foot five bedroom, 8.5 bath home is located in a new gated community called MacDonald Highlands. The hotel is located in Henderson, about 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Residents can, however, enjoy the view of the bright lights – this house is being built on an elevated plot of half an acre.
An additional benefit? Jonathan and Drew were on hand to break the ground, and they’ll also be there at the official housewarming for anyone who buys the house, according to the listing agent Kenneth H. Lowman of luxury real estate in Las Vegas.
“The floor plan is great,” says Lowman. The floor-to-ceiling, disappearing glass doors add to the indoor and outdoor life and make the house appear more spacious than it is, he adds.

The representations of the home show an elevated pool and spa, an abundance of uniquely shaped windows, and plenty of sheltered outdoor entertainment space. These elements create a sleek look that is anything but a cookie cutter.
Although no interior is available, buyers are promised a kitchen / kitchen, air-conditioned wine room, lavish master suite with luxurious bathroom, game room with wet bar, elevator and covered accommodation for 11 cars.

One of these garages is a two-story, air-conditioned room that can easily accommodate a sports field. Lowman says if a buyer wants to finish the space, they’ll add 1,900 square feet to the total area of the home.
There will be an outdoor indoor cinema, he adds. And that sounds like a characteristic design feature that the fun-loving brothers would invent.
They also selected high-end equipment and finishes. Interested buyers can choose from floor coverings, tiles, cabinets and hardware. The planned palette is neutral with modern desert colors.
The Scott brothers “have a sense of what is popular and stylish, and not just what will sell, but what will last,” says Lowman.

However, if you want a bigger say in a Scott brothers project, a faster purchase means you have more of a say in the finished product. The builders are ready to provide allowances tailored to the taste of the buyer.
Functions can be changed.
The warm, dry climate and the lack of state taxes make this buying opportunity extremely attractive, says Lowman, who has seen the influx of buyers on Interstate Highway 15 east.
“Many luxury home buyers are from California,” Lowman says.
The Scott Living portfolio includes several apartment plans that range in size from 5,500 to over 10,000 square feet. Buyers buy a plan and a lot, and The brothers can adapt the houses to specific locations in the ward.
However, buyers must conduct their own negotiations to secure the brothers for an opening performance. Her first project is the only purchase where her presence is given.
The “Property Brothers” stars laid the foundation stone for the project.
