The Golden Tiki, 3939 Spring Mountain Road, will celebrate Don the Beachcomber’s third birthday on Monday at 6pm. Don, who was born Ernest Gantt and later left Donn Beach, is widely regarded as the father of Tiki culture. Guest bartenders will pay tribute to him with a range of his $ 10 classics and there will be live entertainment. Guests are requested to wear tiki clothing.

The Bardot Brasserie at Aria serves breakfast from 8 a.m. on weekend mornings. The menu includes dishes such as a French omelette filled with Gruyere, a scrambled Maine lobster egg with raclette cheese and mushrooms, and the Hunter’s Waffle, which is topped with glazed duck confit, maltaise sauce and two poached eggs.
