From Las Vegas to the UAE, a lifestyle management company called Kloudout on the Rise

2020 taught me two things: first, money really can’t buy happiness and second, you will never catch up on lost sleep.

Before the Covid-19 pandemic, I rarely slept before 7 a.m. This is what you get when you not only run a concierge business, but are also in the field entertaining your customers.

Kloudout has always felt like family. I would love to consider myself that one cousin that everyone knows you will have the most fun of.

Growing up in Las Vegas and making my first few dollars valet parking, I met and made friends with many high-profile athletes, celebrities, and business people who eventually brought me great hotel and entertainment options all over Vegas.

The word of my little deals spread like fire and soon I became the private concierge of the rich and beautiful Vegas vacation.

The main goal, as it is today, was to make the best possible deal to everyone, no matter how deep their pockets were.

My dreams grew exponentially with the number of my clients. Because of my love of football, I had built a large circle of star players who used my services in Vegas.

With every weird and unusual request, Kloudout began to morph into its current business model.

It went from a US-based travel agency to a lifestyle management company with headquarters in Vegas and Dubai and agents in the UK and Germany.

Vegas and the US are popular summer vacation destinations, but because we wanted to have a year-round experience, we kept an eye on Europe and the Emirates.

In eight years, Kloudout moved from a one-man show to a company that hosts over a hundred customers annually.

We guarantee the privacy and security of our customers and strive to accommodate all of their requests, no matter how difficult or ridiculous the requests may seem.

The trust of our customers is priceless. When the pandemic hit, with all its devastation, my heart broke for all of my friends and customers looking forward to their best time so far.

It was then that I realized that, with all that wealth and fame, her only wish was to find a minute or two of peace and quiet with her families. But no money in the world could buy it for her this year.

Most of our summer and winter bookings have been canceled and we have refunded each of our customers. I value my friendship and trust them much more than the money I lost this year.

Drastic times like these require drastic action. With all that free time and all that good sleep I’d missed in normal years, I started thinking about expanding Kloudout.

After doing business in the Emirates for several years and living in Dubai for a year, I began to understand the value and potential of this wonderful country.

Nobody does entertainment and lavish events like Dubai. Our goal was to step on the events side of things to serve our customers’ needs even better than before.

The openness and willingness of the people in Dubai to build the business has made Kloudout a lifestyle and events company with its own brand and goods recognized throughout the world of sports and entertainment.

We’ve had big setbacks this year, but also big revelations, as due to excessive time and calm, we couldn’t think about the distant future and not think about the next paycheck.

The aim is to maintain the familiar environment and at the same time to expand our individual offers for our customers and to develop the Kloudout brand without losing our essence.

I look forward to what 2021 will bring, and I won’t look back on all of the things we lost and failed this year.

Money and anything you can buy with it will come and go, but real friends and family will always remain. When you have this support, your business will never fail.
