Inspirada opens Attesa Park | Las Vegas Review Journal

Inspirada and the City of Henderson have announced the opening of the Master-Planned Community’s newest recreational facility, Attesa Park, a 4.9-acre multi-purpose area in the southwestern portion of the community at 2445 Via Centro.

Attesa Park is the fifth park in Inspirada and expands the already extensive offer of the community for residents and valley neighbors alike.

“Attesa Park is the perfect complement to Inspirada, which already has a unique community program and a variety of residences developed by renowned builders,” said Brian Kunec, general manager of Inspirada LLC and regional general manager of KB Home. “Attesa Park was strategically developed in accordance with the city’s standards and taking into account water use, efficiency and renewable energies. The finished product supports Inspirada’s commitment to improving the quality of life of its residents and visitors thanks to the community’s walkability, lush landscaping, recreational areas, and the natural wonders that surround them. “

“Attesa Park is a wonderful addition to the nationally recognized network of parks and trails in the city of Henderson, offering a variety of recreational activities for both Inspirada and Henderson residents, from basketball courts to a fun and interactive play area to dog parks,” said Henderson Mayor. Debra March.

“Henderson Parks and Recreation was named a finalist for the 2020 National Gold Medal Award. This makes Henderson a great choice to be at home in other areas. We pride ourselves on providing residents with a network of quality parks, trails, and green spaces within a 10-minute walk of their home for everyone to enjoy our amazing outdoor recreational facilities. “

Attesa Park cost around $ 4.3 million and was dedicated to the city for public use when it opened. The new park offers amenities such as a children’s playground, basketball courts, group Ramada, dog parks and a pool for residents only.

The other four parks of Inspirada, Aventura, Capriola, Potenza and Solista, are more than just manicured grass and leaves. Residents can enjoy recreational activities such as volleyball, soccer, bocce, tennis and pickleball, walk and jog on the paths, take their four-legged companions to the dog parks and spend time with their children in shady play areas.

Residents enjoy year-round access to swimming pools only for residents in Attesa, Aventura, Potenza and Solista. Inspirada is also the gateway to Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, a moderately difficult 4-mile loop featuring unique wildlife, seasonal waterfalls, rock art, and more than 1,600 petroglyphs.

Inspirada is located in West Henderson, minutes from Interstate 15. It consists of three nationally recognized and award-winning construction companies including KB Home, Tri Pointe Homes and Toll Brothers. It is home to more than 3,500 households whose residents have access to 85 acres of parks consisting of recreation and fitness areas, various sports fields, and hiking and jogging trails.

Home buyers can tour nearly 25 new model homes in seven different neighborhoods and find homes that are suitable for every lifestyle. Prices start between $ 200,000 and over $ 500,000. Inspirada’s dedicated community organization works year round planning enriching, family-friendly, and even animal-friendly activities.

With a planned expansion of 8,500 homes in the Inspirada Villages by Inspirada Builders LLC, Inspirada is home to more than 12,000 residents who have access to programs and activities managed by full-time staff and create social calendars to bring neighbors in the Inspirada Villages together and the Inspirada Community Center. It is home to five parks, four with heated residents-only pools, BBQ / picnic areas, basketball, bocce, volleyball, and tennis courts, soccer fields, splash pad, and dog parks.
