It’s all in the family at Buddy V’s Ristorante in Las Vegas

TLC’s Cake Boss viewers know a lot about Buddy Valastro. For example, they know he has a huge family; You know his family loves to eat. and they know Buddy loves to feed his family. For the Valastro family, every meal-related occasion is a special one. Make Buddy V’s Ristorante a part of it, no matter what special occasion you are celebrating during your visit. Trust us, it will be an unforgettable day.

Whether you are in the dining room or on the indoor terrace, you will feel special here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and your servers are so friendly that you want to take them over. There is an enormous selection of wines to go with the extensive dishes, but we recommend one of Buddy’s cocktails, especially The Cake Boss, with Pinnacle Cake Vodka, Chocolat Royal Liqueur and Baileys Irish Cream.

We don’t often recommend a specific salad at most restaurants, but we’re making a big exception for the Toscano, perhaps our favorite on the entire Strip. It’s just perfect, with ham, roasted tomatoes and artichokes on a bed of baby rocket, drizzled with lemon vinaigrette and pecorino romano. If you want to start with something essential, consider ordering Grandma’s Meatballs, which are made with beef, veal, and pork and topped with marinara and parmesan cheese.

As you would expect from an Italian restaurant, here you can choose between pizza, salumi and cheese boards, pasta and seafood. Yes, you made the right choice in every category, from Mediterranean bass and chicken parmesan to Boss XL veal parm chop. However, if you want the true Buddy V dinner experience, order the Valastro Sunday Gravy (the name for “sauce”). It’s a bowl monster stacking meatballs, sausage, lamb, and pork on a delicious mound of rigatoni. This is what Valastro’s family reunions are all about!
