Las Vegas Condominium Complicated Fireplace Displaces Aug.

A fire in a central apartment in Las Vegas on Tuesday evening displaced 24 residents, the Las Vegas fire department said on Twitter.

Crews were called to Greenville Park Apartments, 4034 Silver Dollar Ave., near Pennwood Avenue and South Valley View Boulevard at 7:15 p.m.

The fire was contained in a unit on the second floor. No injuries were reported. The damage was estimated at $ 35,000.

The cause of the remains of the fire was undetermined. The Red Cross supports the displaced.
