Las Vegas is ready for Memorial Day weekend

(PRESS RELEASE) – Memorial Day weekend has long been the unofficial start of summer, and this year the long weekend marks the start of what Las Vegas is expecting on its comeback. Whether you want to soak up the sun by the pool, spend a night on the town, or enjoy breathtaking entertainment, Vegas is the place to be from May 28th to 31st.
Fun in the sun
The Citrus Grand Pool Deck, perfectly located on the rooftop of Downtown Grand Las Vegas, features a sparkling infinity pool, restaurant and bar, semi-private cabanas, a fire pit, and garden games. Citrus will be welcoming DJs Seany Mac and Sam I Am (May 29), Presto One and Mark Mac (May 30). Admission is free for hotel guests. Non-hotel guests can reserve a table or cabana to gain access to the pool.
Have a fun pool experience at the DAYLIGHT Beach Club at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, where you can enjoy the long-awaited summer atmosphere. Relax and enjoy the exceptional service, ambience and landscape with music from the resident DJs E-Rock (May 28), DJ Drama (May 29), DJ Infamous and DJ E-Feezy (May 30) and DJ Envy (31. May). Then enjoy nighttime swimming and sounds at DAYLIGHT Beach at Night with performances by Maria Romano (May 28) and Romeo Reyes (May 29). Immerse yourself in the fun of Drai’s Beach Club on the multi-story rooftop oasis 11 stories above the Strip in Cromwell Las Vegas, where you’ll find unparalleled views, action on every level, party platters with delicious finger food and refreshing cocktails. Rock the weekend with killer beats from Maria Romano (May 28th), Baddies Only (May 29th), Patrick Cornett (May 30th) and an all day music festival with Blueprint Sound Takeover May 31st. Join the herd for this long weekend and enjoy poolside fun at the GO Pool Dayclub in Flamingo Las Vegas. The summer hotspot offers a unique tropical oasis with waterfalls, lagoons, great views of the High Roller Observation Wheel, specialty drinks and more. Cabana or daybed reservations are recommended for guaranteed entry.
Take a dip in the LIQUID Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort & Casino. Usually only open Friday through Sunday, the adult-only intimate hideout is celebrating the long weekend by adding LIQUID Monday to the mix. Enjoy the luxurious atmosphere in one of eight cabanas or day beds, along with plunge pools, refreshing cocktails and delicious food. Reservations for cabanas and daybeds are required.
Surrounded by the energy of the Las Vegas Strip, Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is the perfect weekend day out. Pool fans can enjoy Marquee’s unique menu, specialty cocktails and bottle service offerings while enjoying the sounds of DJs Mike Attack (May 28th and 30th), Lema (May 29th) and more. Drenched After Dark there will be a swimming soiree under the starry sky on May 30th from 10 p.m., which will offer bottle service and nightly snacks and will be led by DJ Eric DLux. The stadium swimming will make Memorial Day weekend at Circa Resort & Casino a very special experience. With six pools, 377 lounge chairs, 30 cabanas and 38 day beds, the new pool amphitheater promises to host the “best pool party in history”. Come for the atmosphere and stick to great music and a variety of specialty drinks, bottle service and snacks by the pool. Take part in the hottest pool ticket in town as Temptation Sundays returns to the Luxor Hotel and Casino for the 11th time sizzling and better than ever. The longest LGBTQ + pool party in Las Vegas takes place every Sunday through September at Luxor’s North Pool. Temptation Sundays is open to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests and reservations are required.
WET REPUBLIC at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas provides action all weekend long with music, cocktails and snacks by the pool. Guests aged 21 and over can also reserve day beds, banquets, bungalows and cabanas in the seductive atmosphere. Night owls can enjoy the hot sounds of Loud Luxury on May 30th. Enter the popular Drai’s Nightclub at The Cromwell Las Vegas and enjoy multiple rooms where DJ Franzen will be playing chart top songs from Friday through Sunday, including Top 40, EDM and Hip-Hop. Stay long when the club turns into Drai’s Lounge with Shisha from Thursday to Sunday. Reservations are required to enter Drai’s Lounge.
Hakkasan Nightclub and the famous Hakkasan Grid are back and ready to be experienced. The club at the MGM Grand recently opened the main room to guests, adding even more excitement. Usually open Friday and Saturday, the venue welcomes night owls Thursday through Sunday.
It gets hotter on Friday and Saturday nights when the Marquee Nightclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas welcomes club-goers to celebrate the night to the sounds of DJ Crespo (May 28) and DJ Lema (May 29).
OMNIA Las Vegas at Caesars Palace offers the sultry side of the long weekend with two intimate rooms – OMNIA Terrace and Heart of OMNIA. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Strip from the outdoor terrace and enjoy exclusive bottle service and music from the state-of-the-art sound system.
During the long weekend, the TAO Nightclub at The Venetian Las Vegas invites the party guests to the music of the DJs Javier (May 27), Romeo Reyes (May 28), Mike Attack (May 29) and Mustard (May 30) Record from a VIP table On the dance floor, enjoy bottle service in one of eight private skyboxes overlooking the main room, or step out onto the 12-meter terrace overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.

Just in time for the long weekend, the Las Vegas Monorail will resume operations on Thursday, May 27th at 7 a.m. The 3.9 mile high system along the Las Vegas Strip allows passengers to negotiate the length of the resort corridor in less than 15 minutes with stops at seven stations.
Face masks must be worn throughout the monorail system and drivers are encouraged to maintain social distance where possible. Hand disinfectants are available at every station.
While Clark County will revert to pre-pandemic guidelines on June 1, Clark County will continue to follow CDC guidelines that still require masks in some places and situations, including any business or venue that requires it and any public Means of transport and transport hubs.
