Las Vegas Restaurant News: Honey Salt Goes Mediterranean To Open Dick’s

Desert Inn drinks live on

Wynn Las Vegas will relive the heyday of the old Desert Inn, which it replaced during a special cocktail hour from 4pm to 7pm on May 20th in the resort’s Eastside Lounge. The real estate mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini shows vintage-inspired drinks such as the typical Atomic Cocktail of the Desert Inn and Lady Luck, Painted Desert, Sky Room and Crystal Room and provides souvenir recipe cards for preparation at home.

Rooster Boy Chef at Honey Salt

The cook Sonia El-Nawal from the Rooster Boy Cafe will present “Honey to the Mediterranean” on May 24th at 6pm, the next in the series “Farm to Table” at Honey Salt. In collaboration with sister restaurants across the country, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse on 3925 Paradise Road will host the annual War of the Rosés from 6.30pm to 7.30pm on May 20th. The participants try eight roses and choose their favorites. which will be presented in restaurants this summer. It’s $ 45 and includes a variety of entrees.
