Ada’s has reopened in the village of Tivoli. Formerly an Italian boutique restaurant, the concept has been transformed into a cozy, Spanish-inspired wine bar, open Wednesday through Sunday from 2pm to 9pm

Stripburger & ChickenThe strip-front restaurant in the Fashion Show Mall, operated by the company behind Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in the Forum Shops in Caesars, reopened for the first time in almost a year. It is currently open at 3 p.m. on weekdays and 11:30 a.m. on weekends, and will open to full on March 15, Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Operating times changed.

Estatorio Milos will debut at the Venetian on March 15th. Three local chefs and restaurateurs are teaming up to create an 8,000 square foot virtual restaurant in Henderson this summer. Antonio Nunez of the stove, Lanny Chin the Slurp Society and the Slanted Door and Daniel Hackett of Blume Kitchen & Cocktails are curating four separate concepts in the project’s shipping-focused ghost kitchen, making different kitchens that will be available through third-party delivery apps. Connected to the kitchen and serviced by it is a 2,000 square meter, informal marketplace known as Plug. It offers coffee, sandwiches, sausage boards, beer and wine and serves as a work area. The virtual restaurant and plug will debut on St. Rose Parkway over the next three months.

Click on Hospitality announced that its newest concept, Gatsby’s Cocktail Loungeopens this summer at Resorts World Las Vegas. Vintage and rare champagnes, as well as artisanal cocktails and wine, are served in a 360 degree bar in the new 4,090 square meter lounge designed by Kudos. There are also DJ sets and live music. Sickie’s Garage Burger & Brews at Town Square is offering a free 16-ounce Shiner beer on draft to guests who donate items distributed to service members at local military bases and USO offices through April 12th. Sickies opens at 11 a.m. every day.

Buddy v’s at Palazzo kicked off Locals’ Night every Tuesday at 5 p.m., which includes an exclusive three-course meal for local residents for $ 30.95.
