Sahara Las Vegas has promoted Lyle Kaku to the chef. Kaku has served as Executive Sous Chef at the resort since 2018 and will now play a key role in developing and opening new restaurants coming to the property this year, including Chickie’s & Pete’s, Noodle hole and To dance. Kaku has held prominent positions in hotels and restaurants in Las Vegas, Maui, New Orleans, and San Francisco. Sahara recently announced a partnership with Mr. YumThis makes it the first casino resort in Las Vegas to launch the mobile ordering platform from Melbourne, Australia. Now available at Northside Cafe & Chinese Cuisine and start soon Uno Mas Street Tacos & SpiritsWith Mr Yum, guests can order directly from their smartphones to eat directly at the table or to dine on site.

Food Network personality and chef Jet Tila, which originally landed in Las Vegas to open Wazuzu at Encore in 2008 Dragon Tiger Noodle Company Locations on Southern Highlands Parkway and St. Rose Parkway on weekends. Both shops are open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight and serve customizable bowls of a variety of pasta styles, broth flavors, and proteins like braised pork belly, grilled tofu, and grilled chicken. Sugar factory American brasserie will open a three-story flagship store at Harmon Corner this summer. Known for their sweet treats, the family-friendly restaurant, bar, and retail store have a walk-in bar accessible via the pedestrian bridge on Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, a 14,000-square-foot 230-seat restaurant, two Bars with 30 seats and a terrace with 30 seats overlooking the strip. The third level will feature a candy store and a climbing wall with candy points. The new sugar factory is open for brunch, lunch and dinner.

CraftHaus brewery will be tapping his special benefit beer, StationHaus Smoked Red Lager, during an event at his Henderson Brewery on April 24th from 12pm to 3pm. For the second year working with the Henderson Firefighters Benevolent Association, CraftHaus created the Collaboration Brew, which will forward the proceeds to Angel Firefighters, a nonprofit that helps burn victims and people with serious illnesses. The event features photo opportunities on a fire truck, meet and greets, snacks from Smiley Pies, and more.

Oscar’s Diner Series at Oscar’s steakhouse The Plaza continues at 6pm on April 28th, when guests enjoy a special dinner with former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman and talk about Reputed Mob Bosses and Me, Part One. The three-course menu consists of a wine pairing and an appetizer of filet mignon or Mediterranean perch. Valley cheese & wineThe popular in-store happy hour is back and bigger than ever. Customers can enjoy a cheese and sausage board with a bottle of wine for $ 35. Arizona Charlie Casinos on South Decatur Boulevard and Boulder Highway are adding new locations Dunkin ‘ and PT’s Express next month. The new offerings will replace Charlie’s Cheesesteak Del and Noble Roman’s pizza and subway outlets in the neighborhood casinos. PT’s Express offers favorites from PT’s Taverns, including boneless and boneless wings, sliders, cheesesteaks and more, while both Dunkin locations feature the company’s new generation store design and serve cold drinks on coffee taps.
