White truffle menu at Matteo’s Ratteante Italiano at The Venetian Resort
Autumn is the best time of the year for Matteo Ferdinandi and Chef Angelo Auriana, partners at Matteo Ristorante Italiano at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. The longtime friends, both from Italy and both born in November, celebrate the season with their favorite autumn aromas such as pumpkin, root vegetables, deep flavors and the most luxurious of them all, the desirable white truffles. Chef Angelo, who was harvested in November, picks the white truffles from Sabatino Tartufi, Italy’s most respected exporter, and creates an unforgettable evening. From November to December 31st, guests can choose between an all-white truffle dinner or an order à la carte. Truffles taste best when they are served with a perfect bottle of Barolo from the Matteo Ristorante Italiano’s extensive wine list.

Holiday Dinner Menu at Majordōmo Meat & Fish by David Chang
Chef David Chang always imagined Majordōmo Meat & Fish as the highlight of the “festive meal”. As a result, the chef starts the holidays early with a Thanksgiving menu to celebrate. Guests can expect real David Chang-style seasonal favorites like truffle macaroni and sweet potato tart. Other menu options include king crab on the seafood plateau, as well as striped bass with Sichuan peppercorn black beans and smoked prime ribs. This special menu will be available from November 19th until December 28th.
