As SURFWATER On Trade Sales Rep, you are responsible for setting up and increasing the distribution and daily sales of our SURFWATER products.

This is an out of van sales position and our teams need to drive, open and sell to accounts onsite cases. (need to be able to carry a couple of cases here 🙂

If you manage your own territory, you will be showcasing and selling the On Trade Channel.

The ideal candidate is a disciplined, goal- and result-oriented person who takes their job very seriously and wants to pursue a career with a rapidly growing lifestyle brand.

It is important that you can quickly build relationships and create excitement about a great, task-oriented product.

Services of the sales representative of the SURFWATER brand:

SHE HE,

· Attracts new businesses every day by defining focus areas within the area

· Executes a plan to achieve the strategic direction of the territory

· Maximizes POS / visibility load on every SURFWATER listed account

· Produces reports in a timely, orderly, reliable and professional manner

· Is THE CHEF of their own territory with entrepreneurial eyes to look for new opportunities and make things happen?

Requirement:

· REQUIRED BEVERAGE SELLING EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience in the field service (drinks)

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan effective sales calls on a daily basis

· Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

A valid driver’s license with a clean MVR is required for this position

Occasional weekend work required (event support and special sales events such as trade fairs)

· Loves the CALIFORNIA LIFESTYLE and is willing to work hard and get great results for the money

Preferred: BEVERAGE SELLING EXPERIENCE

Seniority: Associate (at least 3-5 years experience in direct sales)

Employment Type: Full-time / sales, field service

Compensation: Base salary + commission
